Abu Dhabi Softball is proudly run by Carlos, Katie, Brindie, and Philly bringing players together from across the UAE and beyond. Our home field is Zayed Sports City, the heart of softball in Abu Dhabi. Whether you’re a seasoned hitter or just picking up a glove for the first time, there’s a place for you here.
Leagues & Weekly Games
We run multiple coed leagues throughout the week:
ADSL 360 League – Monday nights (competitive)
Competitive League – Tuesday & Wednesday nights
Recreation League – Thursday nights (beginner-friendly, open to all levels)
All leagues are open to players 18 and up, with a strong mix of locals, expats, and international players.

Absolutely. Our Recreational League is designed for players of all levels, from first-time to experienced players.
What age groups can play?
All leagues are open to players 18 and up. If you are interested for players below 18 just message us and we can direct you to Abu Dhabi Little League
How do I sign up?
Use our registration link and you'll get the details you need to join a team. If you do not hear from us within 24 hrs after filling out the form, please email abudhabisoftball@gmail.com. We will get back to you with in 24hrs.
